Through Cascade’s global footprint, Eurofork is expected to further enhance localized technical support and expand its network of regional service and commissioning hubs, known as Eurofork Points, while maintaining its commercial neutrality and independence.
“Eurofork is a well‑established and respected provider of automated warehouse technologies,” says Davide Roncari, President & CEO of Cascade Corporation. “This majority investment expands Cascade’s presence in advanced logistics applications, offering customers a broader and more comprehensive range of solutions, while supporting Eurofork’s continued focus on system integrators, technical excellence, and global customer support.”
Eurofork will continue to operate as an independent company, retaining its current leadership team and governance structure. Maurizio Traversa will remain in his role as CEO and Managing Director following the transaction.
“The entry of Cascade Corporation represents an important step in Eurofork’s growth journey, enabling us to strengthen a strategy we have been pursuing for years: to be recognized as a Tier 1 supplier by System Integrators worldwide, to continuously invest in the development of innovative solutions, and to offer our customers increasingly efficient support - from design and commissioning through to after‑sales service,” says Maurizio Traversa, CEO of Eurofork. “Eurofork will continue to preserve its identity, its independence, and the trusted relationships built over time, while now being able to rely on an even stronger global presence.”
