Officers

Davide Roncari

Davide Roncari was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2019, in addition to serving as Cascade's President since 2018. Davide has over 20 years in the field of material handling equipment for lift trucks. He began his collaboration with Cascade in 2003, following the acquisition of Roncari S.r.l., holding various positions with increasing responsibility, including Chief Operating Officer, Vice President International Operations, Vice President Europe, Italian Operations Managing Director, and Engineering Manager Europe. Mr. Roncari also serves as a director on the Cascade Corporation Board.

Pete Drake was appointed Vice President - Americas in 2008. Pete started his career with Cascade in 1991 and held numerous manufacturing positions including serving as Plant Manager for Cascade’s Portland facility since 2000.

Clark Jordan

Clark Jordan was promoted to the position of Vice President - Global Engineering on October 1, 2017. Clark began his career with Cascade in May of 1989 as a Test Engineer. Throughout his tenure in the Engineering Department, Clark has contributed the highest level of dedication to Cascade's innovative engineering processes and the management and development of the Engineering team.

Denis Krauss

Denis Krauss joined Cascade as Vice President - Global Information Technology in 2019. In this role, he is responsible for leading the information technology function for the Cascade group, including delivery and operations of IT, digital solutions, information security management and IT governance. With over 20 years of information technology experience, Denis' career spans numerous industries including automotive, pharmaceutical, software, high-tech, media, and medical devices.

Udo Schmidt

Udo Schmidt was appointed to Vice President - Europe in April 2023. Udo joined Cascade in 2003, and during his career he has held a number of positions with increasing responsibility. Most recently he held the position of Managing Director Europe. Other roles include Business Unit Manager European Fork Division, Country Sales Manager Germany, OEM Sales Manager Europe and Senior Project Engineer.
